Wainui weekend away: 20 - 22 August 2010
This year the UCCU Wainui weekend away and the Graduates conference are combining as we delve into the topic of word ministry. How are we all to be involved in the proclamation of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ? Is this the sole responsibility of the few called to be vocational Christian workers, or is this for all followers of Jesus Christ? How should we respond to Jesus' command "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." (Matthew 28:19-20).
For those who will be graduating a the end of this year, the transition from studying to working life is a key and challenging time. The graduating strand will provide a great environment to get to grips with a biblical perspective on some the key issues:

Cost is $75 for those attending the undergraduate and graduating strands, $85 for those attending the graduated strand.
